Mixteco
Ballet Folkloric is a non-profit organization committed to the
preservation, study and diffusion of the Mexican culture and traditions.
José Sada, founder of this organization in 1992 in Houston Texas,
emphasizes in the strong mental and physical discipline of the dancers.
Since its conception, “Mixteco” has had overwhelming success in
performances throughout Texas and Mexico

preservación, y educación de las costumbres tradiciones y la cultura
mexicana. José Sada
fundó esta organización en 1992 en Houston, Texas donde
actualmente dirige enfatizando la disciplina física y mental de sus
integrantes, teniendo exitosas presentaciones en Texas y México.

Folklorico Mexico 2000
On
the past eight years
México 2000 Ballet Folklorico have obtained more than 150 recognitions at
several state and nationwide dance competitions, including a proclamation from
the City of Dallas and Mayor Laura Miller as: May 13, 2004 “Fiestas de mi
Tierra Day”, and recently received from the office of the City of Garland and
Mayor Bob Day, the honor of proclaiming the month of September 2005 and 2006 as:
“México 2000 Ballet Folklorico Month”.
En los pasados ocho años México 2000 Ballet Folklorico ha obtenido más de 150 reconocimientos en varios estado y
competencias por todo el país de baile, inclusive una proclamación de la Ciudad de Dallas y
el Alcalde Laura Miller como: Mayo 13, 2004 "Fiestas de Día de m Tierra", y recientemente recibido de la oficina de la Ciudad de Guirnalda y
el Alcalde Bob
Day, el honor de proclamar el mes de septiembre 2005 y 2006 como:
"Mes de México 2000 Ballet Folklorico".

Ballet Estampas Folkloricas
Mexicanas
The
Folkloric Ballet “Estampas Folklóricas Mexicanas” was founded on December
12 2000, during the festivities of the virgin Guadalupe. Its members are
responsible for running their own expenses, such as costume among others. Their
main goal is to offer the world the best of the Mexican folklore and traditions,
which is reflected in every member’s mind and spirit.
El
Ballet folklórico “Estampas Folklóricas Mexicanas” inició el 12 de
Diciembre del 2000, con motivo de las festividades Guadalupanas. Los gastos económicos
requeridos para el mantenimiento del ballet, tales como vestuario entre otros,
son aportaciones de sus integrantes, quienes reflejan en mente y espiritu el
valor de sus tradiciones y el anhelo de entregar al mundo el folklór mexicano.

The
Compañía Folklorica Alegria Mexicana was
founded on September of the 2001, by the Prof. Isidro Salas, native of Monterrey, New Leon, whose
intention is to rescue and to diffuse the traditions customs and races of Mexico by means of its
folklore.
La
Compañía Folklorica Alegria Mexicana fue fundada en Septiembre del 2001, por
el Prof. Isidro Salas, originario de Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, cuya intencion es de
rescatar y difundir las constumbres tradiciones y raices de México mediante su
folklor.

Huntington Park Dance
Company
Our
goal is to ensure that children and teenagers have an opportunity to explore
their talent in a safe and productive environment. The Company is based on the
need of the inner city youth to have the culture of ballet as well as
traditional dance taught to them by experienced professionals who ingrain the
discipline, art form, cultural distinction and choreography needed to compete in
shows bringing together youth of similar interests from other areas of the
country. We have been recognized at a national level as a group that works with
the community to inspire youth to learn and contribute to the preservation of
Mexican Culture and Art. We
are 100% funded by the parents.
Nuestro
objetivo es asegurar que nuestra juventud tenga la oportunidad de explorar su
talento en un ambiente productivo. La Compañía esta basada en la necesidad de
nuestra ciudad para tener una cultura de ballet y danza tradicional instruida
por profesionales con experiencia formando disciplina, distinción de cultura y
coreografía necesaria para competir y atraer a toda la juventud con
intereses similares en otras partes del País. Somos reconocidos a nivel
nacional por ser un grupo que trabaja con la comunidad e inspira a la Juventud a
aprender amar y preservar sus raíces y su cultura. Somos 100% financió por los padres.

Ballet Folklorico Mixcoatl
Folkloric
Ballet Mixcoatl was founded in 1993 with students from the” Plantel 4 del
Colegio del
Estado de Chihuahua”, a College from the State of Chihuahua
in Mexico. With the passages of time, the ballet is comprise by young workers and students of all
backgrounds and social status. The ballet has participated in different cultural
festivals and events in Mexico, Spain, Portugal, Italy,
Bulgary, South Korea and Sultanato de Oman.
Formado
en 1993, con alumnos exclusivamente del
Plantel 4 del Colegio de Bachilleres del Estado de Chihuahua . Al paso del
tiempo, el Balet se integra por jóvenes tanto como estudiantes como trabajadores de diferentes escuelas e instituciones de nivel medio y superior,
asi como diversas empresas de la cuidad. El ballet ha participado en diversos festivales
artísticos y eventos culturales realizados en México, España, Portugal,
Italia, Bulgaria, Corea del Sur y el Sultanato de Omán.

Ballet Folklorico Ixtlazihuatl
The
Ixtlazihuatl Folclórico Ballet initiates its activities a January 15, 1992, under the direction of the Prof. Efraín
Preciado Lopez. Counting at the start with 6 dancers that were between 13 and 16
years old, at present is composed around 50 elements among the three adult, youthful, and childlike categories. The
xtlazihuatl Folclórico Ballet has represented the culture through the cultural and artistic programs collaborating with the town Council of Rosarito as well as also with other dependences and organizations.
El
Ballet Folclórico Ixtlazihuatl inicia sus actividades un 15 de enero de 1992,
bajo la dirección del Prof. Efraín Preciado Lopez. Contando al inicio con 6
elementos que oscilaban entre los 13 y 16 años, actualmente se compone
alrededor de 50 elementos entre las tres categorías infantil, juvenil y adultos.
El ballet folklórico Ixtlazihuatl a representado la cultura a través de los programas artísticos y culturales colaborando con el Consejo
municipal de Rosarito así como también con otras dependencias y organizaciones.

Tradicion Mestiza

la Universidad de Sonora
Grupo
Tradicion Mestiza de la Universidad de Sonora was formed in 1994, to date it
has participated in the principal festivals of the State of Sonora, as well as in other places
in Mexico and the south United States diffusing Mexican music and popular dance. The group participates as independent group and
as well as forms part of the groups representative of the University of Sonora.
It is formed by 25 dancers and 6 musicians who from time to time accompany it in their presentations.
Grupo
Tradicion Mestiza de la Universidad de Sonora se
formo en 1994, hasta la fecha a participado en los principales
festivales del Estado de Sonora, así como en otros lugares de
México y el sur de Estados Unidos difundiendo la música y
danza popular mexicana. El grupo participa como grupo
independiente y además forma parte de los grupos
representativos de la Universidad de Sonora. Esta formado por
25 bailarines y 6 músicos quienes en ocasiones lo acompañan
en sus presentaciones.
